Menu, prices and availability
Prices are in Indian rupees. The total shown at checkout, including any delivery fee and taxes that apply, is the amount you pay. Items can sell out, and prices can change. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will contact you or cancel that item and refund it.
Delivery and pickup
We deliver only to the pincodes shown as serviceable at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can change with weather, traffic and order volume. Please give a correct address and a phone number we can reach. For pickup, collect your order from our kitchen when it is marked ready.
Payment
You can pay online (UPI, cards, net banking) through Razorpay, or pay cash on delivery where it is offered. Cash on delivery may have an order-value limit and may need confirmation by phone. We may decline or cancel an order that looks fraudulent or that we cannot confirm.
Coupons and offers
Each offer has its own conditions, shown with the offer. For example, WELCOME50 applies to a customer's first order and needs a minimum order value. We may change or withdraw offers, and we may cancel or reverse a discount that was obtained by misuse.
Allergens and dietary information
Our food may contain, or come into contact with, common allergens such as gluten, dairy, nuts, soy and eggs. Calorie and nutrition figures, where shown, are estimates. If you have an allergy, tell us in the order note and contact us before ordering. We cannot guarantee that any item is free from an allergen.

If you buy a subscription plan, the price, billing period, what is included, and how to pause or cancel are shown at purchase, and apply together with these terms.

Your use of the service
Do not misuse the site, place false orders, try to access other people's accounts or data, or interfere with the service. We may suspend access for misuse.
Liability
We take care in preparing and delivering your food. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits your rights under Indian consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at have jurisdiction, subject to your rights under consumer law.
